30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@hopenofear.com, and we’ll provide detailed instructions.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color of the same design, we’re happy to assist! Exchanges are processed free of charge, but customers will need to cover the cost of shipping the original item back to us. We’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

- If you’d like a different design, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred design.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hopenofear.com
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
- We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund—no need to return the defective item.
